Unit 1101 - 2005 International 4400 Rescue-Pumper built by Ferrara Fire Apparatus. This unit is our front line Pumper unit capable of pumping up to 1250 gallons per minute. The onboard tank carries 1000 gallons. The truck has an extended cab that can carry 5 firefighters to the scene, has jump-seats so firefighters are packed and ready. This truck also features an onboard generator, and fire foam capability. This truck was purchased through funding from the BCESD #3.
āļ»æUnit 1102 - 2004 Ford F350 4x4 SuperCab Brush Fire/Grass Fire Unit. This unit is our first out brush unit built by Emergency Vehicles of Texas. This versatile truck features a 300 gallon per minute pump, 300 gallon water tank, Fire foam and 3 - 1" combination nozzles. In addition, it has nozzles underneath the front bumper for quick attack in off road or roadside grass and brush fires. This vehicle was funded through your private donations and a grant from the Texas Forest Service.
āUnit 1103 - 2006 Ford F350 4x4 single cab. This truck features a 250 gallon water tank, 300 gallon per minute fire pump, fire foam and a hose reel holding 100 feet of hose for off-road fire fighting. This vehicle was funded through your donations, a grant from the Texas Forest Service and a loan program from the US Department of Agriculture.
Uānit 1104 - 2005 International 4400 Medium Rescue unit built by Ferrara Fire Apparatus. This truck carries a wide variety of fire fighting and rescue equipment for emergency responders. 1104 carries the Hurst Jaws of Life rescue system, as well as vehicle stabilization and other vehicle rescue tools. It also carries ventilation equipment and a tower lighting system to turn night into day at a fire or rescue scene. Funding for the truck and rescue equipment from BCESD #3 and your donations.
āUnits 1110 & 1111 - 2005 International 7400 Tanker/Pumper combination unit. These trucks bring 3000 gallons of water each. The trucks feature a 1250 gallon per minute fire pump for quickly delivering water to our Pumper unit or if necessary it can double as a fully functional Pumper unit. These trucks carry the basics of Firefighter equipment and water delivery, including a powered portable tank unit for dropping 3000 gallons of water and returning for more water. Unit 1112 - 1995 Stewart and Stevens LMTV High Water Rescue/Brush Truck combo. This truck is equipped with a 450 Gallon water tank with a 10 gallon foam tank incase we need to fight fire while out in this vehicle performing a high water rescue or during a brush/grass fire. This trucks primary purpose is to perform high water rescues for people trapped during times of flooding from Oyster Creek, the Brazos River, or just from lots of rain. Funding for this high water rescue truck was provided by the Federal Excess Personal Property Program through the Texas A&M Forest Service. Through the Texas A&M Forest Service we were also able to get a skid and we also completed a $15,000 grant for PPE Wildland Gear for our volunteers.
